Red Installation

Hi Everybody,
I'm new on this Forum and I must say it has already helped me a lot.

I would like to post an issue I've got with a Astaro RED appliance configuration.

The problem is that I'm unable to take remote or even ping the server I've got behind the RED.

MW Domain Controller behind the RED is acting as DHCPO and DNS server, so I'ld like to know if that is comaptible?

Secondly, the remote location I've put the RED in, is a business center in which there is a DHCP range of 10.3.120.xx, should I put 10.3.120.1 as Base ASG IP or does it not matter?
The network behind the red is 192.168.51.xx

I've spent a whole day finding nothing and I'm getting a bit desperate :-)

If someone could help me it would be awsome.

Uhhh - that sounds as if you should provide a drawing of your planned setup that shows where wich server is placed an wich ip adresses are used. And please make screenshots of the RED Config in ASG.

Another question: what ist working? Are the LED's all on and is the RED device shown as connected in ASG?

ASG version used? RED deployment mode used?
Is the RED tunnel up?
You have to put the ASG Base IP to 192.168.51.x (x=1 preferred but not mandatory), not to 10.3.120.1 !
