I am having a problem activating my licenses for the first time. I am entering the activation keys into the "Enter activation key here" field and click on the "Create license" button and nothing happens. I have tried both IE and Firefox, cleared the browser cache and enabled pop-ups. I just get returned to the same page with no message.
What do I need to do?
