The interface hardware tab on my ASG220 shows eth0, 1, 2, 3 as gigabit interfaces, 4, 5, 6, & 7 as 100 MB interfaces. eth0, 1, & 2 are internal, external and DMZ. eth3 shows unused. I read somewhere that it was reserved for High Availability use. I am adding a second domain behind the firewall and wanted to use a gigbit interface for the new subnet. Is there anyway to activate eth3 for this purpose? It is not available in the drop down for a new interface.
