Up2Date Failing

I'm running 7.508 and I seem to be stuck at patch version 20663 and have been for several days even though it says that version 20741 is available.  I click on "Update Patterns Now" and it tells me that the process has started, but when I check the log, this is what I get:

I've tried manual, I've tried automatic.  Nothing seems to work.

Any help would be appreciated.

    It's been a couple days now and I'm receiving updates automatically without any problems. Skydiver, you might want to double-check to make sure that you have anti-virus running.  That is what solved my problem. Though I would think that there would be more than AV updates in 2 1/2 months.

    So here is what Astaro told me.  Because we are not running Web security, Mail or Mail Security at the restaurant sites (all web traffic is routed through the home office ASG 220 via VPN) we are not getting pattern updates.  I AM running IPS at these sites and I am positive that there have been IPS signature updates in the past few months.

    I have a new ASG that I am preparing for deployment and as an exercise I did the following:
    - I restored an existing site's backup to this box
    - Without connection to the Internet, I disabled the ACC and enable up2dates for patterns but not for firmware.  Out of the box the ASG was configured with 7.507 and pattern 13078 (my current patterns on my ASG220 are 20830).
    - I went through and configured all the changes from my restoration site to match what I need for my new location
    - I cleaned up all ACC created definitions
    - I connected to the Internet
    - I ran the ASG overnight with pattern updates set to auto update every 15 minutes and the firmware updates set to manual

    Results:
    I didn't get ANY updates.  When I set the pattern updates to manual and check for new patterns, the latest available pattern version say 0.

    When I check for update of firmware is doesn't find anything.

    I am still convinced there is a bug.  I am going to manually download and update to 7.508 and see what happens and I will report back.
