Up2Date Failing

I'm running 7.508 and I seem to be stuck at patch version 20663 and have been for several days even though it says that version 20741 is available.  I click on "Update Patterns Now" and it tells me that the process has started, but when I check the log, this is what I get:

I've tried manual, I've tried automatic.  Nothing seems to work.

Any help would be appreciated.

    I have tried all that with my dedicated lab box.  If it requires reformatting an ASG then something is seriously wrong.  I find it hard to believe that this is what is wrong.  No one seems to be able to tell me what is failing and the bottom line is I have 9 ASG's in three different states in a PCI environment that are not getting their updates.

    I get the same dry run errors that you are getting.  Removing the settings get updates from ACC doesn't fix it, manually applying the updates doesn't fix it, nothing I have tried is fixing it.
