Up2Date Failing

I'm running 7.508 and I seem to be stuck at patch version 20663 and have been for several days even though it says that version 20741 is available.  I click on "Update Patterns Now" and it tells me that the process has started, but when I check the log, this is what I get:

I've tried manual, I've tried automatic.  Nothing seems to work.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Deleting and reinstalling what?  I am in a production environment cannot afford having to re-install 10 ASG's.  I have over 100 network definitions on my ACC along with numerous other settings so I  cannot afford reinstalling this either.

    I am just frustrated at the lack of help I have been receiving.  I will get a reply to my open ticket, then nothing happens for a week.
