Our upgrade of software installation works fine. Updateing to v7.508, backing up the old one, fresh install of v8.003 and import of the backup, all of this works fine without any problems.
The only problem is, that many users before (when 7.507 is running) got a mail about their quarantined mails. This was on Friday afternoon. An Friday evening we upgrade to V8 with the result that there are no quarantined mail in the new running V8.003 system. When now on Monday users try to get their quarantined Mails, there is no quarantined mail.
Does anyone knows how to export the quarantined mails out of a running V7 and the how to import into a new V8 system?
