7.508 upgrade for AMG1000

In the release notes of the 7.508 upgrade I read this:
"Old revisions of the ASG 110/120/220 with 512 megabytes of memory do not meet the minimum hardware requirements (1 Gigabyte) for ASG Version 8, and are not able to one-touch upgrade as a result."

Does this apply also to a AMG1000 with 512 MB RAM?
If so, we will have to stick with V7.
What is the expiration date of the support for V7?

Hi RienU.

Correct, in that dedicated AWG AMG boxes will be for V7 only. Support end for V7 has not been announced, but is still a long way off. If you are interested in your option(s) for using V8, contact sales and let them know your situation and they will provide some alternatives.
