Serial Missing

We just upgraded our ASG220 from 7.508 to 8.003 and the dashboard says the serial is missing. Probably not a huge deal (although it sure beats having to go to the appliance) but wondered if anybody else has seen this.

    We had the same problem and support has informed me that it is a bug.  You will need to contact support to have them fix it.  

    If you do not have Platinum support then it might take awhile though.  We opened out ticket on 11/9 and it is still pending and we are on Gold support.
