7.508 > 8.00x

Hi,

I've during the soft-release of 7.508 I've done the first two steps of the v8 upgrade (check & download) but didn't performed the "final" upgade.

With the GA of the up2date the upgrade path has now changed from 8.002 to 8.003.
As I've allready done the download I assume that my ASG will go to 8.002. If so how can I change this (eg reinitiate the download) to upgrade directly to 8.003?

M$, I don't understand. If this is an appliance, I think V7.508 should download 8.003 when you choose the upgrade. If it's not an appliance, then there is no upgrade path.

One part of the upgrade process to v8 is to download the upgrade package (which I've done) and then install the upgrade (not done).

So I assume that "I" have downloaded the upgrade 7.508 > 8.002, my question now is there a "newer" package (7.508 > 8.003)
and if so how can I download it (the button now shows update)

hmm, im just not in a spot where i can test this, but check if if the package is in /var/up2date/sys/ perhaps you can just delete it, this would start a redownload. not sure if you'd also have to re-apply 7.508 or not...i will ask when i can.
