Installation on a system with out video out, serial only.

Hi,

I found this nice product at:

Album: fw-7530

It's af Lanner FW-7530 but it has no video out, just a serial console port.

Is it possible to make the installation of Astaro via serial?

    If the BIOS supports a true serial console, in theory it shouldn't be a problem.

    1GB of RAM is getting to be a bit low for Astaro nowadays, esp. if you use most of the features.
    Also, the single-core Atom N270 is not as powerful as the current dual-core models.

    Note that you can get a cheap 2-NIC Atom system and use a VLAN switch; might still be cheaper than this system.
