Licensed for home use only, not for business use

I am getting this message in my browser periodically after upgrading to v8.  What is causing this?  I am a home user, using it for home use.

    We added "home-use" messaging to some notification screens, but we didn't change any functionality.  With the boost to a 50 IP limit on the home use systems we have just added little reminders to the system.  I *may* have heard rumors that some people abuse the "home-use only" provision of the home use license.

    Ahhh... ok.  So it's just a reminder, but not the reason (licensing) I can't get to a website .

    Right.

    There should be a reason shown why a site is blocked, and you'd need to edit the HTTP content filter settings if you need to allow the site.
