About v8 and plug & play in bios

Hello for v8 to be installed  in s875wp1 board should i set plug and play in bios on or off????

also what ports should i enable in bios for future UPS support ( usb , parallel , or com ??)

I would start with PNP BIOS = ON. If you have problems with recource allocation, try off.

As far as the UPS, it depends on what UPS you use. Most UPS's use USB to communicate these days. As do keyboards & mice. I would leave USB on. Com ports, eh. maybe for terminal logins. Parallel can be turned off for sure.
