Error loading ISO to ASG120

I'm having an issue loading the ISO to my 120. I have tried two different burners, tried burning at slower 16X then at 8X. Tried both the 7.507 and 8 from both the .de and .com servers. Tried a different USB CD drive with same result. The error I get is
Installation Failed. Looking at the log file, there are only 2 errors showing that I have found.

(First error listed in the log is)
main.c:146:error: setpgid: operation not permitted

No other errors. It looks like it detected the hardware correctly as an ASG120 then later in the log I get
(At the bottom of the log)
system: returned with exit status 1
end screen 'hook_local'
the preinst hook failed
helper.c:1146: error: unmount: /dest: invalid argument

When I check the disk there are no partitions, so it didn't make it that far.

    When booting you can flip between the various log files by Alt-F1, Alt-F2 and Alt-F3.  I usually burn at 4x.

    Yes, I can change between the screens. Everything looks like it's loading until it fails. Strange thing is it never makes it far enough to create the partitions on the hard drive.
     Nero won't burn at slower than 8X on either of my workstations so I'm out of luck there.

    Try the freeware "Active@ ISO Burner" instead.

    I have no idea why, but that did the trick. Active@ ISO Burner wouldn't burn at slower than 8X but it worked at that speed.
     Now, if I can just get it to accept the new license I would be in business. It keeps returning "Not a valid license" but that's an issue for a different thread.

    I jumped the gun on this one. The image installed but would not accept the license file. Not the old model or the new one. After trying to get support involved and them not taking the issue seriously, I have returned the appliance.

    For the record, if you were using a Hardware Appliance ISO, you'd need a hardware license.

    If you were using the Software ISO, you'd need a non-hardware license.

    Also, version 8 needs an updated license.
