Error reinstall OS on ASG 110

Hi Everyone,

I have to reinstall the OS on a ASG 110 Appliance.
I conncted a USB DVD/CD Drive and burned the ssi-7.507-100911-1.iso to a CD.

After a shot while i get this error message:

Boot from CD:
ISOLINUX 1.76 2002-08-27 Copyright (C) 1994-2002 H. Peter Anvin
isolinux: Disk error 42, AX = 42AE, drive 9F

Boot failed: press a key to retry....

Any ideas whats wrong here ?

I downloaded a ISO file a second time and bured it to a disc to make sure that my disc or file is not corrupted.

    Hi Everyone,

    I tired now as well the new Version 8.

    After loading the bzimage
    I got the error message:
    isolinux: disk error 42, AX = 4200, drive 9F
    boot failed: press a key to retry...

    Try a different burner, and / or try slowing the burner down; re-imaged a 110/120 appliance this morning with that same ISO, works fine.  I always burn the ISOs at half the speed the burner is capable of.  I've had problems otherwise.

    I'm having the same issue. Tried two different burners, burned at 12X then at 8X. Tried both the 7.507 and 8 from both the .de and .com servers. Tried a different USB CD drive with same result. The error I get is

    (First error listed in the log is)
    main.c:146:error: setpgid: operation not permitted

    No other errors. It looks like it detected the hardware correctly as an ASG120 then later in the log I get
    (At the bottom of the log)
    system: returned with exit status 1
    end screen 'hook_local'
    the preinst hook failed
    helper.c:1146: error: unmount: /dest: invalid argument

    When I check the disk there are no partitions, so it didn't make it that far.
