Strange http proxy reload with up2date

I never like it when http proxy is reloaded on up2date but an update to online help??? (ohelpng) reloading http proxy?

Probably wouldn't have noticed it normally but something strange went on with the cache zap. My caching is disabled and I know astaro keeps a small cache even when caching is disabled but I have never seen it zapped for a reload. Bad disk???
