[8.000] Up2Date Scheduler Not Working

Can anyone see the problem with the attached image?

I'll give you a hint it's 9:12am on the 20th Aug in my time zone.

I've noticed on two firewalls I manage (both running ASG 8.000) the scheduler for Up2Date doesn't ever execute an Up2Date update. Is anyone else having this problem with v8.000? And does anyone know how to correct this issue, I really don't want to do an early morning at 4am just to run updates on ASG's.

  • I saw some other threads where people were having this issue, however I was able to use the scheduled install for 8.001.

Is there anything in the up2date log that may shed some light on the issue, for example if the astaro actually tried to run the update and encounter a problem?
  • Unfortunately it doesn't even look like Up2Date tried to install with the scheduler. Below is the Up2Date log from around the time the install should have taken place. It looks like it was just doing it's regular Up2Date Pattern fetch.

Do you know if anyone in the other posts were able to get the scheduler to run. I tried searching the forums but couldn't find anything relating to Up2Date and the scheduler not running.
  • Found this thread:

Doesn't look like there was a solution, I would suggest starting a support case with astaro.
