V8 install

installed on both HP DL380 G6 and DL360 G6 failed to boot with "illegal opcode" error, is there a way around this?. Would rather it working on the DL380 as there are 4 onboard NICs

Did you try Alt-F1/ Alt-F2 / Alt-F3 during the boot process?

Tried everything, re-installed V7xx twice and that work fine, however, V8 still have illegal opcode meessage after re-installing three times

This is supposed to be fixed in 8.001, but a new ISO hasn't been released yet.

Read the other thread, and fix GRUB manually if you can't wait.
