Home User License expired

Hi all,

while using the v8 Beta my classic Home User License expired... so it wasn´t automaticly converted to a v8 License. But since there was a Button on "myastaro", i did it myself... Now i have a expired v8 License that i can´t renew...

The only "Renew" Button is under the "Add or Renew Subscriptions" Section, for which i would need a UPG Key.

I probably should have renewed the v7 License first and then convert it to the v8 License...

Any Ideas how to get out of that without generating a new Account with a new Home License ?

It does look like we may be missing something- we are investigating and I'll follow up as soon as I have something to report.

This should be resolved now, the My Astaro portal has been updated for V8 home license renewals.

Yes... the "Renew" Button showed up... and it worked too...

...my License is now valid to 2012!

Thank you very much! This also fixed the almost-expired issue for my ASG license.
