Breaking cluster...issues?

Alright, so i have two asg 425's in a Hot-Standby (active-passive) cluster. Id like to break it and remove node 2.  

Are there any specific steps i should take to minimize any downtime or issues?

Any help or input is greatly appreciated.

    well...i did another restart, waited about 10 mins to kinda give all the changes time to replicate/trickle down and boom...we're up.

    Once again, you guys were fantastic. next is the migration of the 425 (currently running 7.404) to replace the 220(currently running 7.503). so i guess ill have to update both and then do the backup/restore procedure.

    Remember that you can restore a backup without logging in- 

    Once both of the ASGs are on the same version, download an unencrypted backup to the root of a standard USB thumbdrive.  Insert the drive into the 425 while it is powered off- turn it on and when the boot process is complete you will be running the imported configuration automagically.
