[8.000][Bug] applying license

When applying a new type license to a V8 GA software install, many features are disable when uploaded and installed using IE8.
 
Workaround: Apply and install new license using FireFox.
 
Notes: Other browsers and hardware type install not tested.
 
Tested and confirmed by BillyBob and myself.

    Hi scott,

    can you help me reproduce this problem?
    I tried the following using IE 8.0.6001.18702 on Windows XP:
    -Installed 'full' Software License on a ASG with a expired trial license
    -Installed ' Mail Security' Software License and then switched a 'full' Software License
    -Installed ' Mail Security' Software License and then switched to my home license

    All of this worked for me.

    Can you give me a description of the licenses you used, of the OS & Browser version, and a step by step description?

    I've had no problems using IE 8 to install licenses on several ASG V8 units... Using Vista and Windows 7 as clients (32 bit and 64 bit).
