V8 Supportet Recisions

If it is a 110, I'm not certain if you'd have any luck with V8 at all.  1GB RAM is considered the minimum necessary for decent performance with V8.  I think that you'd need a 120 for that.

With a 220, you would need rev 2 or 3 with 1GB RAM, and higher models should be any revision, since they all came with 1GB RAM or more to begin with.

V8 actually requires slightly fewer resources to run than a comparably configured V7 system- BUT enabling the new features will add demand, so do not cut corners on hardware specs.

Scott, sorry that I have to correct you:
The 110s and 120s are the exact same hardware model, there is no difference in the appliance itself (and never was since rev.0). The only difference between the both is, that the 110 is artificially (just as the software licenses) limited to protect only 10 IP addresses.

However it is true that you should have at least 1GB of RAM, hence a (newer) 110/120 rev.1 or rev.2 with a memory upgrade kit or a rev.3 or rev.4 should do the job.
