UPS Support

I am running Astaro V8 on a Jetway ATOM-GN1-330-LF system board and the V8 Beta license.  Awesome product nicely done!  I am now trying to connect my APC BR1000G UPS.  I shut down the Astaro PC, connect the UPS via USB cable and restart.  The UPS displays correctly on the Dashboard but the following entries are appearing in the "System Messages" log every 6 to 10 seconds non-stop.

I had the same issue with versions 7.504 and 7.505 so I disconnected the UPS and hoped for better support in V8.  Astaro performance does not seem affected by this but I'm concerned by the constant log entries.  Is this an issue?  Is there a workaround or do I just wait for added UPS support.
