Restore backup config from console?

Webadmin is locked when logging in with "caching objects". I never configured SSH access..so all I have left is console access. Well I had the backup config from the weekend that auto emails out; so is there a way to restore the ASG to that last known good config from the console?

    Yes I have tried IE8, FF, Chrome and even deleted all their temp files and still no luck getting past the caching objects. 

    Rebooted the system as well... looks like I will try the console restore and see what happens.
