IPS Patterns not updating.

Firmware version:  7.505 
Pattern version:  11178 
Last check:  never 

Up2Date Log:
2010:06:04-10:00:18 astarohs audld[10975]: Starting Up2Date Package Downloader (Version 1.57) 
2010:06:04-10:00:19 astarohs audld[10975]: patch up2date possible 
2010:06:04-10:01:14 astarohs audld[10975]: Could not connect to Authentication Server 75.101.226.191:443 (code=500). 

I've done all the recommendations I've seen on the forum.  (Disable those two rules) 

The only thing I can't do is connect to the Shell.   I'm using putty, and i can connect fine with loginuser, but can't connect with root.   Even after reseting the password a few times.    

Anyone have any other suggestions I can try?

    Carlos, for security reasons SSH into the Astaro box via root is disabled, that's why you have to log in as loginuser then you're able to do a "su -" to get to the root shell.

    As for the Code 500 error I'll have to do some digging to see if I can find what the error is.  Possibly an error with licensing or some other reason.
