no pattern updates

hi all,

we have at a customer site an ASG120 (v7.504) which does not update it's patterns!! (currently on pattern version 11942)

I tried with "audld.plx --server v7up2date1.astaro.com:443" to initiate it manually but i get the following

    I had a problem with an Up2Date, and had to delete the file.  Have you tried that?

    we finally found the way out by deleting all existing u2d files....  
    it updated then to 7.505 and correct patterns....
