up2date troubleshooting

I have an ASG120 running 7.306 which I need to upgrade to 7.405. I'm running the following command string "auisys.plx --rpmargs --force --upto 7.405".  When I press enter it responds with the following "Starting Up2Date Package Installer (Version 1.65) and nothing happens.

I no longer have a valid maintenance agreement...could that be the problem?  My reseller said I need to upgrade before renewal can happen since Astaro change their licensing format.

    Oh, and you do not have to upgrade to renew your license; Astaro has changed the license format to accomodate Version 8 and future versions, but we can still renew the "old style" Version 7 licenses with ease.  As long as your reseller did not jump the gun and convert your license to the new licensing model, there are still SKUs for renewing the old "classic" licensing.  Even if they did (I guess it's a possibility), all that they need to do is to get you to pay for renewal under the new licensing model, and issue you a short temp license that you can use to get your unit updated to the latest 7.*** version (currently 7.505), which does support both the new and classic licensing.
