Internet Down Need Help

I recently took over an IT client with an Astaro and I have no experience with them.  They have an Astaro 110/120.

Today the client called and said there was no internet access towards the end of the day.  I came in tonight and the ISP did their tests and is certain its not on their end so I took a look at the Astaro.

I can't ping the ip of the Astaro and can't connect via https://192.168.0.4:4444.

I plugged in a monitor and keyboard into the Astaro considering doing a factory reset but it came up with.

"disk boot failure Insert system disk and press enter"

Is this firewall dead? I need to get the client back online asap. Thanks.

    It sounds like it may be.

    If it is an ASG 110/120, do they have Maintenance on it? Also called Up2Date subscription. That should give them support and hardware replacement.

    You could try opening it up, and taking the 2.5" hdd out, and connecting it to another system to see if it boots at least.

    Also, you can enter the BIOS, and ensure that things look ok in there for the boot order.
