As part of our extending the home user licensing to 50 IP addresses last winter, we are introducing a small change to the customization ability of installations using the home-user licensing. Focused around the Web Security block page (and other areas like this), a "home-user only" notice will appear and customizations of these types of pages is now limited so that we may continue to offer such a large amount of protection for free home use by everyone.
I think Angelo's comment covers it. No change in the protection, just cosmetic changes to some of the notices seen by users, and the inability to change that content of those pages.

So in my Content Blocked page where I have not customized the logo or appearance but I have changed the cache admin email address to my own, would that email address customization be lost on upgrade to 7.505 ?
To answer my own question, after I updated to 7.505, the customization is now disabled because I have a home license. But it only disallows me from making changes. The customization I made prior to the upgrade from 7.504 (cache admin email address) is still in effect and I won't be able to change it ever more.

Hmm... The cache admin email address may be a block that the Astaro folks might reconsider? Fully support the loss of customisation, but cache admin address is closer to necessary configuration, no?
