Astaro hinter UnityMedia

Hallo,

wir haben hier 2 astaros 220 als ha laufen das UM modem ist an einen switch mit beiden verbunden. was bei einen ausfall des masters tragisch ist weil das UM modem die mac der ersten astaro bindet und die 2 nun nicht mehr ins netz lässt bevor man das modem nicht neu startet.

wir haben hier noch eine astaro 110 rum liegen und wollen die als router ein setzten vor den astaros für UM.

kann mir jemand eine gescheite konfiguration nennen so das das HA hinter der 110 geht?

    Christian usually has the right answer, and I believe his first one is correct - in HA, you shouldn't have the MAC address problem you described in your first post, and you should submit a support request via your free MyAstaro account.

    I haven't done it, but I like your idea of using a LAG.  I think that, to avoid Double-NAT, you would need to put a public address on the External interface and have your ISP route the IPs on your 220s through it  That also would require a public IP on the LAG, and that would become your new default gateway for the 220s.
