install to ssd-disk fails

hi!

i am having troubles with my new astaro box - similar to the one of BarryG.

* MSI IM-945GSE-A Atom n270
* 2GB RAM
* LC-1300mi case
* 2 Intel GigE
* 32G 2.5" SSD-HD Supertalent UltraDrive GX2

i get an installation-error saying something like "gpt disk labels cant use extended partitions" ... the SSD is working, SUSE 11.2 and KUBUNTU install without troubles, but the astaro wont - neither 7.504 nor 7.91151 ...

can anyone gimme a hint?

Try touching Alt-F1 -F2 and -F3 during the install to see if Astaro likes the disk/controller.

If so, you might want to try the V8 beta - it supports a lot more stuff.

found a solultion to get rid of the "gpt disk label" here:
can't get rid of GPT disk label

using a terminal-session the two DD-commands made it - V8 beta is installing right at the moment :-)
