Import config from different appliances?

We have an ASG 220. After the up2date problems last week, we're looking at having some kind of a backup in the event the router is incapacitated again (for any reason).

Is it possible to import the configuration from an ASG-hardware appliance to  the ASG Software version? I had tried it, but it didn't seem to work.

    The problem is one of licensing.  You should discuss this with your reseller.
