8 updates available but how to install

My astaro access gateway reports 8 available to be downloaded but, how can I download them?

I installed a home license

NetworkSecurity: ON - 30 Apr 2010 - 01 May 2013
WebSecurity: ON - 30 Apr 2010 - 01 May 2013
MailSecurity: ON - 30 Apr 2010 - 01 May 2013
StandardSupport: ON - 30 Apr 2010 - 01 May 2013

After install the license file,
Web Filtering: Not licensed

IM/P2P Filtering: Not licensed

Email Filtering: Licensed until 01 May 2013

Email Encryption: Licensed until 01 May 2013

Why?

I think error updating is a license file error.... possible?

I tried to register a new home license....downloaded the license file... same error
