Can't Up2Date v7.200 to V7.502

Dear all,

How can, i Up2date my Astaro software to firmware version 7.502
Now my server user software 7.200

I try to up2date Manual Up2Date package upload and the information is successfull but after I restart the server is still 7.200 

Please help me to solve the problem,

    To put that another way, if you go the route of Up2Dates, each one must be applied in sequence.  There were some problems in going to 7.300, so, before starting that, be sure you have at least 1GB of RAM, or temporarily disable IPS, the second virus scan and anything else you can (not interfaces!).

    The quicker solution is to do a backup, reinstall from ISO and restore from the configuration backup.  The downside to this is that you delete the email quarantine and all logs and reporting.
