Hello.
I just set up Astaro on old dell dimension 3000 and I'm having problems connecting to it. I am using the on-board Intel 82562EZ 10/100 on the WAN side and an add-in SMC EN-1216 on the LAN side.
All hardware is as follows:
Internet (Comcast home) > Cable Modem > Astaro > D-Link wireless router > my computer.
The D-Link has an IP address of 192.168.0.1 subnet 255.255.255.0, so i gave Astaro an IP address of 192.168.0.2 subnet 255.255.255.0 and Gateway of 192.168.0.1
From my workstation (IP: 192.168.0.199 - handed out via DHCP on the D-Link) I cannot reach Astaro at https://192.168.0.2:4444, nor can i ping it.
from Astaro, signed in as root, i cannot ping the D-link router at 192.168.0.1, and I don't know if the WAN side is working yet, because i haven't been able to get to the config page in my browser.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
