GHz Vs Cores Vs CPUs

Building a Astaro FW using the software version of ASG, would I benefit best from one Quad-Core 2.4 GHz or two Quad-Core 2.0GHz? The price is almost the same, but the featues are somewhat different:

Intel Xeon E5504, 2.0Ghz, 4M Cache, 4.86 GT/s QPI, 800MHz Max Memory
Intel Xeon E5530, 2.4Ghz, 8M Cache, 5.86 GT/s QPI, Turbo, HT, 1066MHz Max Memory

The 2.4GHz part has Turbo, HT, faster memory speed and double cache
