I've a little problem. I registered for a home use license a few years ago. Now I upgraded to the new license model in the my.astaro portal.
A friend of me has seen my firewall an was very exited about it. I told him that he could also download a home use license by registering at astaro but in his my.astaro account still stays "classic" license modell and no upgrade button is available???
I wrote astaro but the told me that I have to contact my vendor... hmmmm.... makes no sense about a home use license there is no vendor.
What can I do now? Does anybody of you have the same behavior? Or a good idea to solve this?
