[solved]Error installing on demand license in 7.502.

Converted my classic license to new license model. Downloaded new license and installed. Got error Month '28' out of range 0..11 at /PerlApp/wfe/asg/modules/asg_licensing.pm line 445. Reinstalled old license.

You can submit a trouble ticket to Astaro as a bug report. I doubt you will receive a response, but they need to know about this issue.
