What are the "failover events" in Hot Standby Configuration

Hi, we have two ASG 320 configured in Hot Standby mode.

I was wondering what the failover events are?

I mean when does the Master shut down and the Slave becomes the Master?

Is it enough if and Interface fails or does the whole Appliance has to fail?

Thanks.

  • Ghufron, that's a whole, separate issue unrealted to High-Availability.

Assuming that you mean you have two WAN connections, look in 'Network >> Interfaces' on the 'Uplink Balancing' and 'Multipath Rules' tabs.
