Will the MSI IM-945GC work?

Hello,

I see a lot of recommendations for the MSI IM-945GSE-A mobo. I'm just looking to build an astaro box for home and the cheapest I can find that board is in the $175 range. Would the IM-945GC work (does anyone have it working)? I know it's less powerful, but it's also only $99 (or so).

The GC is actually MORE powerful, as it has a dual-core Atom 330.

However it will use more electricity, and it doesn't have Intel NICs (the Realtek NICs are probably fine for home use though).
