I'm using the latest version of Astaro on a free home user license (Thank you very much!). The problem is I've received an email stating I've exceeded the user count although I'm pretty sure I haven't.
I have 2 pc's, 1 laptop, 2 x iPods, 1 x Xbox, 1 x Wii, Astaro box, cable modem, wireless routers and 4 port switch.
I think the problem has occurred because when some of the devices where first connected they picked up a dynamic ip address. I then assigned them a static IP address (Different to the dynamic one) but Astaro seems to continue to count the old dynamic addresss (Which is no longer used) as a user. I know this because I get a list of IP addresses attached to the exceeded license message.
I think this product is great and helps me control the kids internet access so I'd be gutted if I had to ditch it because of this problem so any help would be much appreciated.
Is there a way of reseting the count ?
