License activation fail ASC 9.2

I use a Win 7 64 bit workstationen with ASC 9.2.
The activations on- and offline fails with Error number: 10102-9.

Any ideas?

    Hi,

    for Windows 7 you need ASC 9.2 AND a 9.2 licence key. This issue occurs while trying to use an older licence key. Please contact your astaro partner / distributor and order an upgrade for your existing licence key/s.
