error when login to my webmail

Hi sir,

since i installed astaro i always get this error on first instance and can i ask why it is causing it sir ?

    Hi sir thanks for your reply.

    My packet filter rule is Internal (Network) > Any > Any > Allow

    And

    My Nat was set by default Internal > External by automatic installation sir

    Hmm i need your help in setting those service and ports and iam very new to linux you know sir. If you can help i will appreciate it sir 

    Edit: Just managed to create the service name and port from web interface.
