Hi, Regarding licensing

I have around 35 users and in the Licensing option under active ip , it shows around 47 and i've a limit like 50 ips only and can you tell me how can i make it less like 35 ? 

I dont have more then 35 users and this is totally confusing sir.

UPDATE:

I tried rebooting and my firmware is also updated to 7.502 downloaded from here and uploaded in my PC. still it says 47 in use . iam suprised that only 5 user using internet only .

    It is a ten user License... sorry but I think I don't understand this question...

    But It works today! We restarted the Firewall and it now works. Thank you very much anyway :-)

    I got another question now: Is there a simple way to allow the Access via the Astaro only for specific IP-Adresses? We 8 Users, they are really using the Internet. But the Astaro recognizes more than 20 users. I guess these are the printers in our Network and stuff like this.

    Can I set a rule or someting like that in the Web Configuration? Could not find a setting, yet.

    The Astaro only sees the IPs that get routed to it.  If you have a printer that emails messages outside your network, the printer's IP will be counted.  If you use the web proxy and have your browsers pointed at the Astaro on port 8080, be sure you configure the browsers to skip the proxy for local accesses.

    If you need more help, please identify the source of each IP seen by the Astaro.
