Dhcp and licencing

Hi all i have a question about the dhcp server and astaro licencing features.i am curios that if i set up the astaro dhcp server that didnt uses astaro as a getaway.i mean the dhcp is give the clients a router as a gw.if this thing work like this the clients match in active ip section of astaro.? i mean if i need a 250 client for dhcp i need a 250 users licencing? But the clients not use internet from astaro.

    Install a different DHCP server; if you have 250 users, you should have a server somewhere you can install DHCP Server on.
