Installation Help Please

I keep trying to install Astaro but it only gets to step 3 of 7, says install failed, reboot.

For hardware I purchased the same system as BarryG over in the first post in the Unofficial HCL list thread.  The only differences are 1) I opted for a sata drive (Seagate ST980813ASG 2.5" 80GB 7200rpm), 2) instead of a USB DVD drive I just burned the image to a bootable flash drive.

Any assistance would be extremely helpful.

    Pretty sure someone mentioned in these forums that it worked.
    You'll find out [:)]
    Make sure you're using a recent ISO (7.50x)

    Just wanted to say thanks.  I got everything working.  Since I didn't have an external CD-ROM drive I just broke open the case and put an internal one in temporarily.

    Everything is working perfectly now, so yes, sata works just fine in this configuration.
