Do I need to do incremantal updates?

I see that supported system is currently running 7.405.
There are 2 updates waiting -

7.500 and 7.501 do I need to do these updates incrementally?

Nope, you can just hit "Update to latest version now" button in the Up2date menu. It'll apply both updates then reboot once.
