I buy three new Motherboards MSI IM-945GSE, all don't work, please help!

Hi

I buy three MSI IM-945GSE Motherboards, I can't start it.
Please help me.

I connect following components:
-Case JCP-MI-102
-PSU 19V, 1.5A
-VGA Video 
-RAM Kingston KVR533D2S4/2G
-ATX plug
-Pins ==> POWER Switch, Power LED, HDD LED.

The problem is nothing happens.
Only the reds HDD LED from the Case flash very bright and after
constantly light up red.
The MSI Support can't help me, they suggest me to use diffrent RAM.
They gave me a list with all compatible RAM's, the problem is
I can't found here in switzerland any RAM's from the recommended RAM-manufacture.

I have from all components in three versions.
So they components can't be defect because I have test it in different combinations.

I appreciate for any help in advance. This is the curious thing I ever live.

    This isn't really a low-level hardware support forum, at least not for hardware's sake (astaro install issues on specific hardware is definitely part of what we discuss here)...

    That said, try disconnecting everything but the power supply and monitor (disconnect the HD too).  If it still won't boot, try a different PS.  If it still won't boot, try  a different CPU (yes, they can be bad out of the box), if it still won't boot, try different Ram, etc.

    Sorry for any inconvenience, I ask because here are many User they use maybe MSI IM-945GSE and had the same problem or same experience like me.
    I can't belive that i have here three MSI motherboards and three same RAM's, Cases and it still don't work. It looks like Uri Geller. Sorry for my question, if is not allowed, delete my post. Mea maxima culpa.

    Hi Elena,
    I didn't have any trouble with mine...

    I can't remember which memory I got, but it was a name-brand, possibly Corsair.

    Have you tried disconnecting the hard drive?

    When you're swapping cases, you're swapping power supplies too, right?

    If you have a regular ATX power supply, you could try that.

    I think I have a problem with the JCP-MI-102 power-supply.
    I tryed with a atx-PSU and hollys@*t it works.
    I can't belive that other user can start the motherboard with the external PSU.
    I have here totaly new three cases and with every external PSU didn't work.
    I realy can't belive it. Maybe somebody have answer for that.
    I ordered now a new case, the "Jou Jye NU-057Wi" with a internal ATX-PSU I hope it works with that. [[;)]]

    I built a box with a similar motherboard, sits in the corner as a spare for the moment.

    What I found with memory is you need to check the voltage marked on it. I have some lovely memory (recent model DDR2 Corsair) sitting around doing nothing because it runs at 2.2v. I put 1.8v memory and my problems went a way.

    I buy in the meantime a new Case with a ATX PSU and it works now.
    The Kingston Ram I have are 1.8V so it doesn't work anyway.
    I realy don't know why it don't work with external PSU.
    Maybe somebody knows?
