up2date 7.202 -> 7.300 fails

Hello,

I have an ASL machine on a remote office that, due a to DNS issue, never got upgraded past 7.104. Today, I noticed that, fixed the DNS and started the upgrade.

Unfortunately, when I now run the 7.202 -> 7.300 upgrade, the installation fails. Here is what is in the log:

I have checked the md5sum on the package and it's the same as the one from the astaro web site so it's not a corrupted archive problem.

Anyone got an idea what the problem is ?

    Hi, do you have enough disk space?
    try 
    df -h

    If you have a support contract, you might want to open a case.

    You could always backup and re-install with a recent ISO.

    This is a known problem.  As Barry says, you definitely should open a support case if you can.

    You can try to reduce the load on the box temporarily, then force the up2date.

    Turn off IPS, select 'Single scan' anti-virus scanning for both Web Security and Mail Security. Turn off logging of any Packet Filter rules. Turn off HTTP caching.

    With SSH or from the console, run: auisys.plx --rpmargs --force

    That did the trick, thank you. The firewall is now up to date.
