Normal and Free Home Edition Licenses

Hi, I am a new comer in the field here, Could anyone indicate that what is the differences between the normal and the Free Home Edition Licenses? (are there any limitations apart from the protection of 50 IPs), how about the installation package? Also the same and the version is depending on the license type, Am I Right? Thanks. Ben10

  • The basic licenses for Astaro software do not include subscriptions to Web Security and Mail Security; the HTTP and SMTP proxies are fully functional however.

The home-use license includes everything except the ability to run multiple devices in fail-over or cluster mode.

The actual software is identical.   It's not really important though; if you are using Astaro outside your home/personal use you must buy the licenses and pay for any needed subscriptions even if you have a non-profit or a charity instead of a for-prof9t business.
